      Pros

      Great management, and felt like I was shown the ropes but then they let me do my thing. Didn't have anyone hovering or hounding me on what I was doing. Christmas party is probably the best you will work for.

      Cons

      company is spread out over the nation, so you have to have self drive to succeed.

      Pros

      Flexible and easy to do business with. Great Engineering support. Strong Storage and Server Architects. Now offering a cloud solution and managed services - Differentiator from any other regional VAR. Fantastic Earnings Opportunity for both Sales and Technical employees.

      Cons

      Must be a self starter. Won't get hand holding or much management attention. You will be expected to learn and jump into customer opportunities. If you are focused on treating the customer as a priority, you will succeed!
