      Pros

      They offer flexible working arrangements and occasional travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, weak communication, and a lack of respect for journalistic values — it’s all marketing-driven with no editorial integrity. The pay is low, there’s no career progression, and staff turnover is constant. Workloads are frequently dumped on whoever stays, with no additional compensation. You’ll end up doing the job of two or three people for a single salary. Consider this a serious warning — avoid this place.

      Pros

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
