Good salary - Recruitment Consultant Key People Employee Review

Having worked for Key People for 10 years, I can safely say that the below comment is not accurate and was written by a disgruntled ex-employee. We have a strong stable team here and the work environment is competitive, as a sales environment should be, yet relaxing in terms of no micro management. We are a friendly family owned business and we offer excellent career progression, salaries and commission structure. From a personal point of view, I joined the company with very little sales experience and was offered intensive training and progression. Once I was up to speed I was given the opportunity to start a new desk within Pharmaceuticals, and haven't looked back!!

- No Management - Horrible company culture - Stressed employees - Inappropriate behavior from Senior Management - You feel like you're being watched all the time - Only care about hours spent on the phone (no matter how much money you bring in or jobs you secure) - No good feedback, only negative - Criticism not done on a 1-to-1 basis but in front of everyone
