Pros
Key has some excellent benefits: 401k, medical, dental, vision, vacation.holiday pay, etc. The people you work with are, also, some of the best.
Cons
Key quotes customer service is most important and when I started with Key, I would have agreed; however, in the past couple of years their primary was sales. It got to the point that most every call there was an expectation of "finding a need" and if you couldn't find it then you weren't doing your job.
