Was able to work from home

Cons

The shifts were long for full time employees such as 10 hours a day for 4 days. Usually from 10am to 9pm or from 8am to 7pm. Company was disorganized. Other customer service representatives would remain idle or offline so you would end up getting call after call nonstop. Other customer service representatives would call you on the company phone line to randomly talk or to tell you to do something that they were supposed to do themselves.
