You won't be a mere cog in the wheel, you'll be designing, building and owning major features in a product. Coworkers are really knowledgable and helpful. Good pay for a company in Kerala.
Cons
Leave policy, as in number of leaves could be higher. As mentioned in the pros, employees are product owners here, not just a cog in the wheel. So the added responsibility will lead to work pressure, unless you really enjoy building/learning.
