Good pay for a new college grad. Really good sales training and experience right off the bat.
Cons
Success depends on product line and territory. If you get slotted in the right space you will do will but some territories are better than others. Lots of turnover as high performers leave for better opportunities as career growth bottlenecks. You also have to like long car drives.
