Pros
- Pay is like hitting the lottery out of college - Products are usually pretty good and provide value - Keyence products themselves have a good repuation - Company is very stable and you will NEVER be fired as long as you try hard. And I mean hard. - Excellent sales/tech training to carry on to the next company - Having sales experience at Keyence looks great on a resume
Cons
- Strick 7:30am -5:00 pm office days - The pay is great to start, but after a few years you will be lagging compared to other companies - Keyence has a terrible reputation for turnover, creating distrust between the customer and company when there is a history of it - Pointless KPIs - Your territory is EVERYTHING when it comes to job satisfaction - Companies are getting absolutely sick of the amount of phone calls they are getting daily from Keyence reps - Any problem you go to management about, the ultimate answer becomes "make more phone calls"
