Pros

CDK Global was a good company, great products, good atmosphere, superb UK and Ireland boss Stuart Miles who inspired and encouraged to make up for aloof ELT including Neil Packham.

Cons

Keyloop are a slash and burn company looking to exploit cheap labour in India and China. They have no regard for their customers who pay premium licence fees for a premium solution and support back up. The UK network is now reduced to paying premium fees for a chat operative in Hyderabad telling them to look at a help sheet. Such a shame because Kerridge/ADP/CDK built a great reputation.

We are sorry to hear from any employee, past and present, who feels this away about the company, and we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Keyloop has undergone a number of changes since we announced the transition in March 2021. Whilst we are making these changes for the long term benefit of the business, we do know that change can be difficult, and not every decision is easy. We do invite direct feedback and would be happy to hear from you. We can be reached on Internal.Communications@keyloop.com if you would like to carry on the conversation directly.
