Pros
Keyo provides great opportunities to learn professionally, grow personally, develop your craft, foster autonomy, and take initiative. Education is heavily encouraged. The company culture to innovate by pushing the limits of what's possible is infectious. The talent on the product team is incredible. They’re humble, hungry, supportive and the icing on the cake is they know how to have fun. They collaborate extremely well and get the job done. They also relax and have a great time celebrating milestones. Overall, Keyo is onto big things. The value the company provides tenants and the traction I witnessed in my year and a half there was profound. There’s no question that Keyo is here to stay and they’re making waves.
Cons
Like any startup, Keyo is still figuring things out. You have to roll with the punches. The time commitment needed for this job is serious, but the payoff is equally serious. This is not a 9-5. If you’re willing to step up to the plate and handle the pressure by taking initiative and responsibility for you and your team, this is the job for you. There is opportunity in being able to make an impact at a company this early on. If that is a challenge you welcome, you will thrive at Keyo.
