Pros

People within your team were great and fun to work with, compensation was competitive at one point, small company doing big things.

Cons

Management (constant berating of employees, favourtism with certain employees), 30 minute strictly enforce lunch period, time-tracking (nickel and diming time), pricing structure (based on Professional Services provided instead of subscription or license based; made it stressful for employees to get time tracked because billing to clients was based on hours worked), scrums that felt like a chopping block, constant fear of losing your job because there was not enough work, lost technical vision when there was a division in the company.

Pros

Its a job in which you get to do front and back end stuff.

Cons

I'm a bit confused by the people who reviewed the company. I only left one review, I guess you did bad things to more than one person, or the person that is messing with me decided to screw with you. I guess it is karma. That's what you get for listening to manipulators.

Pros

They're not many positive things to say about this company. The staff is nice to work with (non-management). That is all.

Cons

Hypocritical management (Expect you to work overtime. But won't give you anything in return). Sexist comments from management. Management uses scare tactics (ie. threatening your employment), in order for you to do more work. Enforced 30-minute lunch breaks, anything more and you get a warning. No career paths to follow. Salaries are $20k below the competition
