Pros
I have had a very positive experience working at Keyple. From the moment you onboard, the team makes you feel part of their work family and will train you to prepare for your role. I have never had this level of training and onboarding at any previous employer. The management team is completely transparent about the type of work and necessary hours required to be successful. I found this to be quite refreshing. In most cases I feel employers tend to hide key elements of the work including the actual time commitment. The most important piece to me working here is that you are rewarded and valued for the hard work you put in.
Cons
It would be nice to meet everyone on my team at some point. Also, we have tested hiring contract (1099) workers in various lanes but they seemed to be a lot of drama and have almost zero commitment to the organization.
