Company is new and incredibly open to new ideas and very flexible. Working in Crypto is always an exciting rush as things change day to day and you have to be on your game. Everyone is super nice and accepting, many people have backgrounds not necessary to what their role is which adds to the diversity in approaches for problem solving. Having nearly a month of paid vacation is amazing for someone who has only worked in the USA. Super easy access to superiors and lots of freedom to push on your own projects.

Sometimes dev work can be a bit slow, but that is because they literally cant hire enough coders fast enough XD. So much to do. Sometimes working with certain demanding clients can be a bit frustrating but that isn't a Keyrock thing.

Working remotely from your home office

Very toxic environment multiple management levels on top of few developers, very vertical top to bottom culture, poor management, basically they take and impose decision to all level putting a lot of pressur on the developers.
