Pros
The diversity is excellent and equality is a cornerstone. Employees are given great freedom in performing their job. Work life balance is supported by staff…depending on your manager (see cons). Benefits are comparable to industry standard.
Cons
The managers that are rewarded tend to be those that drive their staff to burnout for quarterly profits. Pay raises are generally 5% per year which doesn’t pace cost of living. So essentially, you can expect a 1.5% pay cut year-to-year. The company has been notoriously understaffed, by design, for years. This makes it difficult to take time off.
