It's a very relaxed and quiet environment, no worries about management yelling at you or micromanaging of any sort. Wish there were more pros.

It's a very unorganized structure, no systems in place to track anything. No one speaks English fluently and only a few people are US citizens, none in management are. If you work 50 minutes and clock out, they won't pay you for not completing the hour. Overall they are very cheap when it comes to anything and all (expenses and wages). Production machines constantly breakdown leading to orders shipping late thus getting an earful from the customers. Customers are lost all the time due to bad service and delivery and management makes no attempt to correct the wrong.

Very laid back environment, no micro managing. You can talk to the owner when you want and he will listen. Most of the people are nice and overall mean well.

Very unorganized. Management does not trust its own employees. Cameras are everywhere for fear or theft, no communication. No activities outside the company, management doesn't care about your personal life.
