The residents are so appreciative of the work we do, and our administration contains wonderful people! The floor staff are great❤️

The main problems result from understaffing issues as well as a lack of communication between administration and the floor staff. It’s difficult to work a normal 40 hour/week schedule here, as it’s either we get 2 days off while the floor is short staffed, or you work overtime. The pay does not accurately reflect the employee contribution, and I believe we are underpaid.

Hourly wage, free meals, facility is updated and modern, residents were great, nurses are helpful and compassionate but not to co-workers

Don't work here! Horrible staff and management, it was hard being around some staff at this place- they will try to make your work day miserable. Disorganized, no communication, the place was chaotic. The management will write you up for anything when you have done nothing wrong and they will not listen to you. Favoring employees. The CNA's are overworked. They say there is no mandating of shifts, this is not true, you will be mandated in the first week of being hired. The administration and other nursing staff will harass you and do everything they can to make your life miserable. They do not value your contribution as an employee.
