Thank you for your review. It’s rewarding to have a variety of projects to work on, hence the nature of the agency world. However, I do wish you would have approached leadership in the event you felt burned out with the volume of work that was on your plate. Actions to resolve that could have been taken if this was brought to our attention. Best wishes in your career going forward.

Pros

Great office. Great people. Understanding leadership. Great place to be if you are looking for a small agency to work for.

Cons

Smaller Agency. Only a negative if you are expecting a big agency or big in house experience.

Pros

- Opportunity to take on real responsibilities from the start - Experiencing different areas of the business and being able to grow in areas you're interested in - Touch many areas of the business and learn many different skills as a result which are beneficial in the long run - can't emphasis this point enough - Work with a vast array of clients/speak to vast array of prospects - Learning opportunities & conferences - Fun team, nice office, collaborative environment - Flexible schedule & work hours

Cons

- Final decisions often go through leadership of which's availability is limited - Leadership is often away from office for large stretches of time per year which hinders the team's ability to execute on decisions & projects - Not many opportunities for career advancement internally, part of it being a small company - Internal projects are often put on the backburner for so long that when they're revisited, the project has to start back at square one - Compensation isn't amazing - benefits have been improving though
