Pros

The co-workers are great. There are at least 4 company sponsored events that are held each year and a Christmass party at the end. The company reviews your performance every 6 months. Also there is no office politics going on, if any of it starts the management will shot it down real quick. Also when you work on jobs you will be working with the top people in the company so if you have any complaint it is easy to go to the top people since you will already be comfortable with working with them. Lastly they are constantly updating their benefits package to keep people with them

Cons

The drafters like to take smoke breaks every hour, so if you are in a hurry for a drawing yohu need to find a non-smoking drafter of which there is only maybe 5 of them
