9yThank you for your feedback on Keystone. We are sorry to hear of your current strife’s with Keystone, but appreciate your honesty. We take all feedback seriously and use it to continuously improve our company and procedures. Firstly, we would like to point out that while our 401k plan is currently on hold, it is a benefit we intend on reinstating. Additionally, we strive to be transparent to our staff and clients; if you feel this isn't the case, we strongly advise you to reach out to your supervisor with any issues or suggestions for improvement. Our company standards, software licenses and work-share capability are constantly being monitored by the GM’s. If you don’t have access to the right tools to be successful, please reach out to your supervisor. If you don’t feel you can do so, please seek assistance from Human Resources or any member of the management team. Our COO has already reviewed your response and asked the GM's to address these matters immediately. It is disappointing to know a current employee of the organization has less than a positive outlook on the future of the company, however, it is my hope you will give us a chance to work with you to improve your current stance!
