Mr. Ravi, The CEO is a really good Person to work with and alwys energetic to take challenges that keeps hima nd his team motivated. For freshers or 2-3 yrs guys its a good company to work for.
Cons
Vision is not at all clear to the company, That's why they don't know what all positions have to close soon. They don't have capacity to keep Experienced employees with them if a client releases them because they have so few clients. Not at all recommended for guys having more than 5+ yrs of Experience. Full of Risks for Job security.
