      Great work environment. The people were great. Loved living in the cabins

      Cons

      The pay was not adequate for how much you are expected to work. "Stipend Volunteer" pay is a joke and I would not suggest anyone consider the "apprentice" position.

      tight knit community able to connect with management fun with kids and grow skills working with kids tons of time outdoors great seasonal housing, got to ultimately choose housemates

      Cons

      long hours lots of menial tasks that don't fall under job description required burnout due to long days and repetitiveness of weeks resistance to change within company
