Too fast and chaotic unorganized development

This is a good company if you want diverse project experiences at various customers. You get to know Jira very well.

You are literally a number to be slotted into the resource plan. Expect to be moved around on projects, working on several projects at the same time, without necessarily the opportunity to finish anything. No training at all. The directors drive billable hours and the best interest of the customer is secondary. Supermassive egos and general rudeness make interaction on projects difficult. Unless you have been here for a few years, your opinion does not count for much, so suppress any delusions you may have of making an impact. I have literally been in meetings where I was told that we need to follow X's opinion because she/he has been here longer than any of us. My time here has been the worst working experience in a while. The office environment is crowded and noisy and you cannot be productive at all.
