1. There is no R&R for the departments apart from sales 2. Most of the senior employees are here for more than 15 years and lacks vision and need of self development 3. Most of the times new ideas will not be encouraged and that is a setback for many people and they are losing their zeal to accept changes 4. Many backdated processes and systems are still being followed, and this will cause the organisation huge issues within few years
