Not a good place to grow - Senior Software Engineer Khel Group Employee Review

Working in Khel Group as Software Engineer. Good Place and culture for work. Most friendly colleagues and it makes best environment for work. Management is also good in making decision and helping the employees. Employees get great work responsibility and it helps in building confidence regarding the work.

Holidays policy should get better. Saturday and Sunday should not be added in holiday list, offer other days as Holiday on behalf of these days. Should work on: Annual salary increment percentage and process. Better hiring process. Office festival celebrations. Fun activity or Annual engagement activity should be done. Employee appreciation award should be done.

Although I have worked in Ad agencies before, this is my first experience in a Product-based company. Must say, I am getting to learn a lot here. All colleagues and seniors here are friendly and helpful. You get to voice your opinions and suggestions openly. We get log in & log out time flexibility, and work from home too!
