Pros
My direct manager (who was also laid off) was great, as were all the co-workers I had who had the foresight to leave the company within the past two years.
Cons
CEO Chris Tranquill represents everything insidious about men in positions of power. Like promoting his buddy Ryan Studer to CTO— despite Ryan having NO idea how to run a historically complicated and bloated product org. (Or how to run a meeting. Or how to give a presentation. Or how to use spreadsheets.) It’s like Pinky and the Brain with these two. Pinky, you should really consider quitting and just tend to your bar.
