Pros
1. Amazing technology stack, huge learning. 2. Free hand at leveraging your knowledge and expertise 3. Management is open to your thoughts and ideas 4. Highly flexible, no micro management, just have to get your job done 5. Excellent AI adoption and push to do more from management, attributing to great learning 6. Good people.
Cons
1. Quite budget oriented, which in a way is good thing for business, but sometimes feel a bit constrained individually. 2. Compensation is fair, but feels a bit conservative compared to some of the other product orgs who give sometimes unbelievable benefits, but that's more their pro than being Kibo's con. 3. Insurance for India employees is somewhat limited and can be fixed easily, but need this to be taken up on high priority. 4. Increments lately has been a bit conservative but given the current industry challenges, being cautious is not bad.
