Thanks for the feedback! On transparency, we will continue to have monthly town halls, but I've committed myself and have asked the Executive team to each host at least 6 "Exec Connects" a year. These Exec Connects not only get you a free lunch (or other), but is structured to allow very open and candid two-way conversations about the company, management, etc. Please take advantage of these.
