You never feel like you're on your own, people are open and always ready to help each other. Here I understood what actual teamwork can look like - and the best results can be achieved only in that way.

Sometimes a lot is happening at once, you need to be able to switch fast between projects, but that also keeps things interesting. Strong company policy about work/life balance made me lazy. Earlier I worked 12 h / 6 days a week and thought it was ok, but in Kickbyte I felt what work/life balance actually means, and I don't want to work the way I used to anymore.

Honestly a great place to work. The culture is solid, the people are smart and genuinely care, and there’s a lot of trust across the team. I really appreciate the flexibility and remote work setup, without it ever feeling like quality or accountability slip. The work stays interesting. We work with platforms like Umbraco, Sitecore, and Coveo, but no two projects feel the same. Different industries, different scopes, and a good mix of development, design, and digital marketing. Overall, it’s a place where you’re trusted to do good work and supported while doing it.

Fully remote is great, though onboarding can be a bit trickier and tone and intention can occasionally get misread.
