Pros
The Director really tries to make it a fun place to work. She really cares about the staff and works hard. I've learned alot since I've been there. The kids are really great to be around and this is good experience for me, I'm hoping to get into public school some day.
Cons
Pay is typical at child care center. Some staff are out sick alot, makes it hard on those who show up to work each day.
