Pros
I have been with Kido for 2 months & have been made to feel very welcome by everyone I have met . Having come from a company where I was micromanaged, it is refreshing to have autonomy to make decisions and have my ideas listened to and respected. Yes there are challenges like any other organisation in the early years sector but everyone tries their best to find solutions and all the staff are encouraged to be team players no matter what their role is. It’s a very refreshing environment to be in & I am excited to see what my future holds here .
