Pros
The discount is 30% year round and 50% off for employee appreciation days. You are able to have fun with your colleagues in the store such as individual store contests.
Cons
The pay is way too low, part time employees can get as low as 1 day a week. District Managers and high volume managers show favoritism to certain employees and you will only get promoted if they like you personally. If they don’t like you they will cut enough hours to not catch a case and find any and every way to fire you. The hours are really long and you are not fairly compensated for the work you put in. Do not work here If you’re trying to make money, work here as a side job just to have the generous discount.
