      Pros

      You get 30% off as an employee discount! You can make ALOT of new friends by working there. Great opportunities to move up in the company.

      Cons

      The district manager is just numbers oriented, doesn't really care about employees. The pay wasn't as good as I thought it would be even if you're getting promoted. Commission really isn't anything if the store is always dead.
