Pros

Working with kids is awesome, but definitely an acquired taste.

Cons

I was a summer teaching fellow, and man was it a rough ride. Not only were we working with the students all day with no breaks, we also didn't get a lunch hour! Is that legal? I would get there at 7:30 AM and leave KSL at 6 or 7 PM without any kind of meal all day. I could MAYBE sneak in a quick bite to eat while the kids were eating their own snacks, but usually not. The CEO would often drop his own kids off at camp, and then not pick them up on time at the end of the day, so someone had to stick around waiting for him to come back and get his own kids. They even came to camp several times without their own lunch, which I thought was really weird. Who forgets to feed their own kids? There seems to be a revolving door of new employees that quickly exit after a few months, several people have left with little more than a good-bye, which I find odd. I left on my own terms, but I'm pretty sure several of these people, who seemed okay to me, left on what seemed like rockier terms. Something seems off in the management imho. A lot of the teachers don't fully grasp some of the science, and teach things wrong. Some of this is from lack of understanding (and effort), and some of it is from lack of training on the part of management team. Side Note: I think the 5 star review on here is quite a stretch, the place has a lot of problems. No one in their right mind would rate this place as a 5. (I'm guessing it was a fluff review from someone higher up in the company)
