Working with kids and feeling like I’ll make a difference in their lives and they treat me like part of their team even though I haven’t been there long

I can honestly say I haven’t found anything I can call a con I’m getting used to it my body hurts bc I’m used to a desk job but that’s normal

Nice families and some nice teachers

Cliques and favoritism showed towards certain teachers. Very Low pay. Children forced to watch television at the end of the day.
