We want you to know that we value each member of our team immensely and understand that maintaining adequate staff levels is integral to strong programming and morale. Please know that since the pandemic, when school staffing became problematic nationwide, we have increased dedicated staff time and resources to ensure the most efficient recruiting efforts. We also appreciate that learning ABA takes time and experience as does learning how to effectively work with students who have complex behavioral and learning needs. To address this we have multiple dedicated trainers and consultants placed throughout the program to provide additional support and feedback. Additionally, each classroom head educator has multiple years of experience and may have licensure as an Intervention Specialist, Behavior Analyst, or both. Communication is key, and we apologize if you feel that your concerns have not been adequately addressed by management. We are committed to fostering an open and supportive work environment where every team member feels heard and valued.
