Pros
Nothing. It is the worst and most abusive company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Pooja and Shane should not be running a company. Pooja (CEO) would call at midnight (yes, you read that right MIDNIGHT), after hours, days off, and early mornings to yell and scream or "work out a problem" for the company. Pay was not as promised. They used a non-profit to receive tax benefits, when they were/are not a non-profit. Pooja would praise you constantly and then just as quickly she would turn around to make you cry. She'd then force you to turn on your camera on (via zoom) so she could watch you cry - it was sick. There was also no such thing as "PTO" or any time off. (She once gave the entire company a week off, because, again, she denied all other requests - but I still had to join meetings for "clients" throughout that week.) I don't know, I was young and wouldn't take their abuse from them or from any company today, but just beware. They don't know how to run a company, never have and they (her and her "Co- Founder" husband Shane), took it out on their employees any chance they got. It's also not a safe environment for the kids they are servicing. Equipment and curriculum were always lacking - parents were constantly gaslit and lied to. I also want to mention - I was not fired, I eventually quit on my own terms, honestly after I couldn't handle Pooja's abuse any longer. There is better out there. Please take this as a warning - it is not worth your time, effort or energy to work at a place like this.
