Pros

- Great new product that takes a holistic approach to solving the issues related to knowledge sharing amongst sales teams. - Signs already that the product is seen as an integral tool amongst the existing customer base, rather than just a "nice to have". - Impressive number of customers/partners already since the product just launched in April. - Work/Life balance is actively encouraged from Co-Founders through various initiatives (flex hours, unlimited vacation, possibility for remote work). - Proven track record of Co-Founders building a SaaS start up to the point of acquisition. - Great office location. - Very friendly & welcoming team from top down.

Cons

Nothing really of note. Early-stage start up so it's a given that any new hire has to be prepared for any bumps in the road as we get to where we want to be.

Pros

Kiite has an experienced and competent leadership, who have already demonstrated their skills by creating companies and leading them to a successful exit. This leadership executes in a very professional manner, and I was impressed how well every necessary aspect of leading a business was taken care of, in spite of our small team. Furthermore, Kiite stands true to their values of promoting diversity and solidarity, and they have created an inclusive environment, where they place great emphasis on making every employee feel welcome, productive and happy. As an example, Kiite gives considerable support for employees in their career growth, in forms such as mentoring, courses, and learning by practice.

Cons

Being an early-stage start-up, Kiite is not immune from challenges that companies at this stage typically face. Hopefully these become less common as the business of the company grows and strengthens.
