      No wfh flexibility, insufficient support with exams, long hours, high admin load and micromanagement.

      Pros

      Easy to connect with senior colleagues. Reputable in the industry. Normal hours relative to typical finance jobs.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. All stick no carrot, no clarity on progression, not competitive salary. Finance bro stereotypes run rampant. Very few ethnic minorities and women in leadership positions or investment side.
