You do get a chance to gain a lot of experience very fast, especially if you're a junior. Some (but definitely not all) of the people are great professionals.
Cons
Working at this company has been one of the most demoralizing experiences in my career. The environment is extremely toxic, and their practices are not just unethical but downright inhumane. 1. Deceptive marketing: their sole focus is on maximizing profit, no matter the cost. They use scammy marketing practices with no regard for customer satisfaction or trust. It's disheartening to see the lengths they'll go to deceive people for a quick buck. If you try to do it differently, they either shut you down or let you go. 2. Low-quality products: There's no genuine interest in building valuable products. The focus is solely on churning out something good enough to sell, with no effort towards quality or innovation. It baffles me how they call themselves "global leaders in digital health" when the health of their customers (and employees) is the least of their concern. 3. Zero empathy: There's a complete absence of human decency and empathy from management or HR. No concern about the well-being of their employees – even when you ask for help or bring up real issues. Some of the experiences I've encountered I'd downright call psychological abuse. It's definitely not "all about the people". 4. Dismissal of real issues: even when you bring up real, foundational issues (with proof), you are dismissed as being emotional and left hanging with no response whatsoever. I'm not naive. Business is business, and everyone is in it to make money at the end of the day. But have some human decency to treat your employees and your customers right, instead of resorting to cheap PR tricks and trying to fill you pocket's at everyone else's expense. I'm happy I ended up in a team that did things very differently from the general company approach. Given what all the reviews are saying, it's not hard to understand why this team is no longer at this company. I also know that after posting this review, there will most likely be an influx of fake positive reviews from current employees to boost the company's reputation. This is just another example of their lack of integrity and complete unwillingness to accept any sort of feedback. I cannot stress enough how damaging this place is to your psychological and emotional well-being, and potentially your career. This company fails at every level: ethics, employee support, product quality, and customer care.
