Workload is not much. Location is good

Terrible management. There’s a rude and childish person. You can tell who it is.

The team I worked with were some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Poor pay. Freezing working conditions, to the point it's dangerous for health. Head Office could not give less of a damn about the staff and their health, comfort, or safety. Constantly understaffed. Refuses to fire people, even when they are racist. Certain Head Office people are down-right terrible people and will yell and swear at staff. The owner was born rich and lived his life in privilege and it shows. Incredibly high turnover. Wants staff with other languages, hires mostly foreigners, refuses to sponsor visas. Misogynistic.
