Good place to work for employees with experience and for employees new to the industry. Benefits are good and compensation is good as well. Kilter employees are very friendly to work with.

Flexible scheduling. 401k. Decent hours.

1. Owner too hands-on. Does not accept input or recommendations from anyone. It's his way or the highway. Cheap, yet takes home over 50% of the profit. 2. Middle managers are all idiots. They are lazy, come to work late, smoke pot, don't care about the customers and are never available. 3. Customer service reps are lazy, never take ownership, rude, pass the buck and stab you in the back at every opportunity. Horrible.
