Good company, made leadership changes and seems to be trying to improve. Good pay, benefits, and fair leadership. good company to work for.

No cons to be seen.

Pay is above average for the area.

Severe lack of integrity, honesty, and accountability. Shifts backstab each other rather than work together and management allows their favored groups to harass and target others. Legitimately the worst place I've ever worked. Expect to see layoffs during business downturns.
