Pros
The people: colleagues, management and customers. A minimum of politics but lots of passion. Such incredible talent here. The challenges: In 26 years, I have NEVER been bored. Be prepared to embrace change, though.
Cons
*laughs* If I could think of many of them, I would be actively trying to change them. We are currently focused on new customers and prospects. We are not forgetting our existing customers but we need to put more emphasis on them right now.
