      Tom, head of sales was genuine, supportive and positive.

      Cons

      Advertise salary but it is 100% commission. Spend a minimum of 1mo drawing on future commissions so when you start making sales, you must first pay back the draw, as they continue to draw.. you will still owe them money by the end of the first year.

      Pros

      This company is extremely awesome to work for! Even though we are growing fast, the core values, ethics, and company culture still remain the top priority. It feels nice to work for a company where I genuinely feel cared for which then in turn makes it very easy for me to care for our clients.
