Pros

The discount is pretty generous for staff kids Teacher appreciation week can be fun That’s just about it

Cons

- Management is borderline abusive - Regulations are not followed -Children are frequently offered allergens because people don’t pay attention -Children are denied sunscreen at one point management said of a child needing sunscreen that they don’t actually need sunscreen because the child is black -Children are brought outside without their waters -There is a significant language barrier throughout the entire center - Other teachers are rarely cooperative, and there is a lot of negative energy around the establishment -You will be guilt tripped if you have to call out of work for whatever reason. -If you need to leave work for whatever reason, they will delay it as long as possible -Once you give your two weeks notice, they will treat you completely differently - there have been situations where it is absolutely necessary to file a 51a that was never done because management likes the parents. - management seems more focused on enrollment and a perfect score than they are about the quality of care and treating their employees well. When survey season comes along, they encourage all fives and anything lower than a five they ask that the parent speak to them rather than leave a review. This makes what you see online not as accurate.

Pros

I loved my coworkers. Many became lifelong friends. The children and families we worked with were wonderful.

Cons

The company tried to keep labor costs down which meant rooms were at capacity most of the time with the least amount of staff possible.
