PTO is unlimited and you can take off what you need.
Cons
No support, unable to practice education, sale calls constantly, they only care about money and they will get rid of anyone who isn't making the sales. They don't support staff and are very unfair when it comes to work life balance. They make it seem like you can have time off when needed but, then use it against you. You can be with the company for 25 yrs and all you get is a one ti.e gift but still won't make much money. The worse part is that the corporate part of the company you doesn't care how the children are mistreated or the cleanliness of the building just sales and how many enrollments you have. They do what they need to make the sale other than that the support of families are not important. The cover it with family activities and making sure families are greeted by name by the hard worked administrators in the building. The company doesn't truly care about anything other than money.
