The pay is garbage, i think starting pay is 14.25 or something. You get like a 55 cent raise every year. I was working there for 3 years and FINALLY got 16.25. You don't get a dollar raise until after you get lead certified and after you've been there for a year. The District Leader's don't care about the hard working employees that are actually doing the hard work. You get a 'childcare discount' that goes up by $5 every year. I think its now $120 per kid, every week
