      Pros

      I learned creative ideas to display student work while teaching in the two's classroom. The majority of parents were very supportive and thankful for the time and guidance given to their children.

      Cons

      Lessons were sometimes outside of the students zone of proximal development. Teachers should be given additional planning time besides having to whisper plans and ideas during the students nap times.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
