You are basically guaranteed to witness child a*use from staff at some point (and expected to stay quiet and just deal with it) Horrible management Horrible Corporate leadership Zero to very minimal support from management or corporate leaders Children's learning, well-being and safety are not held valuable or as a priority Little to no accountability held for staff's poor or dangerous actions This company and its leader have truly zero care for the children and their well-being. Children and their families are nothing more than cash cows and dollars in the bank to them.
