Pay is not the best. Hours get cut without a notice, because it always depends on how many children enroll. Working environment are unhealthy and stressful because some teachers feel superiority over other even though there’s no ranking. Most parents don’t look for a relationship with teachers just a place where they can drop their child/dren off. Some classrooms don’t get the support they need due to the high level of children with special needs.
